1. Product Nature (Imported TVs)

All televisions sold by VisionXElectronics are imported products. Brands may include (but are not limited to): Harwa, Omega, Vito, Condere, Yachisa, Skywalker, and other similar brands. As imported items, specifications and internal components may differ slightly from locally distributed models.

2. Warranty Coverage

All TVs carry a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty as provided by the supplier.

The warranty covers factory defects only (e.g. failure to power on due to internal fault).

Warranty repairs or replacements are subject to supplier approval.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or external factors, including but not limited to:

⚠️ Electrical power surges, load shedding damage, lightning strikes, or unstable electricity

⚠️ Blown speakers due to excessive volume or audio distortion

⚠️ Physical damage (cracked screens, broken ports, damaged panels, water or moisture damage)

⚠️ Incorrect installation, wall mounting, or handling

⚠️ Use without a surge protector

⚠️ Unauthorized repairs or tampering

⚠️ Use for commercial purposes unless stated otherwise

⚠️ Software misuse, forced updates, or incorrect settings

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to use a surge protector at all times.

TVs must be used according to normal household standards.

Sound levels should be kept within reasonable limits to avoid speaker damage.

Any damage caused by incorrect use or negligence will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the TV upon collection or delivery.

Once the TV has been taken from the premises or accepted after delivery, it is regarded as sold in good working condition.

VisionXElectronics will not be held responsible for issues reported after improper handling or setup by the customer.

6. No Refund Policy

No cash refunds on imported TVs.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, the matter will be handled as repair or replacement, subject to supplier assessment.

Refunds will only be considered if the supplier declares the unit beyond repair and no replacement is available.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisionXElectronics shall not be held liable for:

Loss of use

Data loss

Electrical damage to property

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from TV usage

8. Agreement

By purchasing a television from VisionXElectronics, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
